1. Eligibility:
To be eligible for a refund, you must have purchased loose leaf tea blends from our online wellness store. Refunds are applicable within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase, such as order number or receipt, may be required. Intuitively created tea blends are non-refundable. 2. Condition of Returns:
The tea blends must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Tea blends that have been opened or partially consumed are not eligible for a refund, due to hygiene and quality control reasons. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the above criteria.
3. Refund Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your request is approved, you will be provided with instructions on how to return the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow for a reasonable processing time for the refund to be reflected in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds on sale items or promotional/discounted products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
